We give you
room to breathe.

Already missed a payment, or worried you’ll miss the next one? When a lender threatens legal action, it’s easy to let the call go or promise money you don’t have. Bring us the message. We’ll help you find the words to answer with confidence.

Our approach

Face the next call with a plan.

01 / Listen

Start with the message.

Show us the email you dread opening or tell us what the caller said. We’ll go through the demand, the deadline and what your business can afford after payroll and bills.

02 / Prepare

Choose the right words.

We draft the reply together. If a call is coming, we talk it through first. You know what to say, what you can offer and how to hold that line when someone presses for more.

03 / Decide

See the whole offer.

Compare the payoff, payment dates and closing terms before you sign. You decide whether a proposal works for your business.

Before you begin

Good questions
to ask first.

What if I’ve stopped answering my lender?

Start with the most recent message, even if you’ve missed several calls. Tell us what you’ve already said or promised. We’ll help you prepare an honest reply you can send in your own name.

What if I’ve received a legal notice?

Keep the notice and flag the deadline right away. If you’ve received court papers, contact a licensed attorney promptly. We can help you connect with counsel; a message to a funder is different from a response to a court, and contacting us does not pause any deadline.

Are you offering a consolidation loan?

No. CCE helps business owners organize and negotiate existing commercial obligations, including merchant cash advances. We do not provide new financing or combine balances into a new loan.

Will my funders have to accept?

Each funder decides. We cannot guarantee savings, a payoff date, or that collections will stop. An inquiry does not change existing obligations or deadlines.

What should I have ready?

A list of funders, approximate balances and payment amounts is enough to start. Agreements, payoff letters and recent notices help us understand what each funder is asking for.

Who sends the messages and approves a deal?

You do. We help prepare accurate replies and compare offers. You choose whether to accept terms. Fees and payment dates are set out in a separate written agreement before engagement.
